Enigma2HD_r101012 for AB IPBox 9900HD

Changelog:

- fixed bugs when tuner and channel list were not set up in wizard
- fixed allinone panel
- fixed swap manager

Known issues:

- DVB-C tuner not supported yet
- 1rd3t0 cards not working yet
- HE-AAC audio not working yet
