important info:
- this image doesn't owerwrite multiboot, but if you
have e2 in flash it should be overwritten first

- mgcamd is default emu ... if you start a new one in nlbpanel
then mgcamd and new one will be showed as "running" ...
means, both can be used ... but we suggest to reboot your
receiver after changing emu to have only new one running
