ftp,flashfxp 530 not logged

get 530 Not logged in, only one session from same IP allowed at a time. even if I only have 1 session at an FTP? I get this quite a lot on FTPs that only allow you to connect once only simultaneously. I try it dcc and flashfxp i still have a same problem and i get a message
with dcc i get this message 530 not logged in port 192,168,1,7,151 not logged in
with flashfxp i get this Rconnection failed

Is it something with my FlashFXP, router, etc.? Because I am 100% I am only connected once, but I guess something is caused so that the FTP "

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!
