fixed errors on nzbhandling
fixed sorting Authornames
fixed many bugs causing download problems
changed errorhandling
added toolbar
added new comment dialog
fixed double "Save changes" Message
changed NZB Imports
fixed transfrpanel (task can moved above finished downloads)
added a warning whew a filegroup has no pars
added a warning when the size of filegroup doesn't match with size in par file
