CCcam no timeout

I have CCcam local (home use) server based on Mandriva Linux (CCcam.x86 + Phoenix/USB) ver 2.1.4. After turning off (power off) my receiver, tcp connection to CCcam server is still in ESTABLIHED state. So how can I close connection (on TCP level) from server side? Is any time-out option avaliable in cccam.cfg file? Or is any possibility to close connection after selected time? Is any possibility to use keepalives or hartbeats?
