Changes:

- Added xmltvimport plugin version 22

- Fix daily import
- Daily import was broken in the last commit.

- Fix some timer issues
- Failed to start at boot or use the timer correctly in some situations

- Add option to start import at boot
- Nice if you don't have a harddisk, starts downloading EPG data whenever you boot the box (and it isn't scheduled to do so in the next ten minutes).

boot of dreambox72 will be changed to boot70,upgrading again to 72 is not advised.
tested successfully on clone dream800 sim 72
