Please help, my S9 HD PVR cannot boot, the Box's LED always show "oN" as shown in the picture

A few days ago I had the same problem on one receiver,
Check Power Supply Mainboard there is a problem

i have the same problem but the rs232 loader wont conect and ive tried different programs and they wont connect pls help

Have you read the help file ?
It could be a problem with the com port on your PC ~ try changing the com port to COM1, COM2, COM3 etc !
