skybox s9 hd only 480i and 576i?

Hi I have 2 skybox s9, first one works fine with all display outputs. Second box only displays in 480i or 576i. I have tried both boxes on same tv with same hd lead. I have flashed latest firmware and also factory reset on second box but it still only displays at 480 and 576.

Any ideas on how to fix this please?
