cccam no hop

i need some advise on DM500 s gmini 4.20 image sharing llocal with DM800 ICVS GP3
cline from DM 500 local ok but no hop1 maybe it's image because i tried the same line from DM800 image icvs GP3 show all local and hops any idea?
i am using CCam 2.1.3
