WebBouquetEditor

I modified the ipk WebBouquetEditor from the Dreambox and now can also be installed on the Vuplus.

Description:
With this plugin, the bouquets of the Dreambox / Vuplus edit via the web interface will be like at DreamBoxEdit
The WebBouquetEditor is accessed via the web interface.

In the browser, enter the following => http://receiverip/bouqueteditor
