Add to init file:

#!/bin/sh
ifconfig eth0 hw ether 00:09:34:00:02:E6
ifconfig eth0 (DREAMBOXIPHERE) up

ex...

#!/bin/sh
ifconfig eth0 hw ether 00:09:34:00:02:E6
ifconfig eth0 192.168.1.11 up

reboot image.
