black panther not connecting to server

I have a black panther and it will not connect to cline server. I have checked all settings and it will do software update with no problem.
The servers are running as I have tried them in my dreambox
Any ideas would be appreciated

used one for 3 years, what does it say under network? cccam? connected? login ok? decode failed?
