Strong Server needs reliable peers

Hi, i have a dreambox800HD PVR running under CCcam + 8 Mb adsl line, i have no local card but interesting and stable peers, i'm looking specifically for peers with CSAT HD (ASTRA-19°) & SKY ITALY HD (HOTBIRD 13°) ===============hop2 or hop3 ONLY !!!
