I have a Superbox Z500 (made by Dynavision) & would like some help with the EPG as it only shows now & next can anyone help?

I don't know what firmware it is. Only just got the box and it was installed on these.

Ihow do I check pls

Is the firmware you mentioned just for the epg or the channels too. Worried I would lose my channels if I change it.
