No emulator handling SECA2 provider 0086 ??!!

Does anyone know emulator capable of handling DUAL ECM for SECA2 provider 0086 (Equidia Pro) for Dreambox ?
Is there such a thing ?

I get OR sound OR video, never both !

Card is original under subscription.
