csp Port already in use: 4099;

My CSP was working until yesterday, now i just get this message by sarting of CSP
Configuration error:

#- Element: #- Message: Unable to initialize rmi: java.rmi.server.ExportException: Port already in use: 4099; nested exception is:
        java.net.BindException: Address already in use

What should i do, to disappears this problem?
I haven't double lines with Port 4099

yes in my case i had a duplicate peer in the proxy.xml !

open your proxy xml and do a search for the port that it is telling you that is in use !

then you must reboot your server ( not just restart csp )

problem was fixed !
