CCcaminfoPHP 4.0 & HOP Recording of Cccam Public Test Release4

As promised here is the code for the first test. Of course
I'd appreciate feedback and suggestions. Please submit to you a backup
of the existing scripts! Important! You must have version 4.0 installed from CCcamInfoPHP.
I have few lines of code in the geaddet serverstats.php by the hop-script to be used. If there are problems, then mail with a brief description of the error.
