Hong Kong’s Now TV has picked up broadcast rights to cricket’s Indian Premier League (IPL) for the next three years. The IPTV platform can screen all 60 matches under the deal.

IPL matches start on March 19 and Now TV will provide both live and repeat broadcasts, as well as a weekly highlights package. The tournament runs until April 25.

Janice Lee, PCCW's Executive Vice President of TV & New Media, said: "We're excited to have acquired these rights and add another major sporting event to Now TV's sports lineup. The Indian Premier League has established itself as one of the most popular Twenty20 cricket events. Our commitment to this event also demonstrates our continuous efforts to offer our customers top quality sports in every category."

Those subscribing before April 1 pay HK$488 for a 2010 season ticket.
