handle emus starting stopping of official images

unpack in /tmp and launch /tmp/install.sh

-> installs htt emu daemon
-> installs common emus and emu start-stop scripts
-> patch rcS and start_neutrino for daemon launch
-> enables password for telnet (default=coolstream)
