Concerning setup og newcs server with ccam sharing

Wonderif anyone can tell me where or how to configure 2 vu duo tuners with newcs cardsharing. Curtrently only having Canal digital. Do I have to run a server online in windows pc ?? i can install dyndns ands newcs in vu duo tuner as plugin. Vu duo currently running ccam with pli images on enigma2 img.
