SkyDE 1702, C+Nl, TvV local all HD need special channels

I have:
2x SkyDE 1702 full with HD,
1x C+NL HD with Sid assign (RTL4,RTL5,SBS6,Net5)
1x TvV with Sid assign (Vitaya,VIER,Vijf,2BE)
on local debian server.

I need special channels:

Puls4HD Austria on 19.2 Astra
ProSieben Maxx HD on 19.2 Astra (ProSiebenSat1Media)
Penthouse HD1 and HD2 on 23.5 Astra

You have this channels on local card without freezes
