Windows development environment for plugins V.1.0

Hi,

I have put together a development environment for plugins for the Octagon SF 10x8 models for Windows. So you can jump to program in Windows and generate code for the Octagon. The installation is much easier than to set up a Fedora system with STLinux.

The package includes all the necessary files to set up the environment. You only need two more, freely available software packages (Cygwin & CodeSourcery SuperH package).

Please test the guide, it's always a little difficult to determine whether you have written down all the necessary steps. I hope that it lowers the entry threshold for the plugin programming massively.

So: Set off & much success - I will now see a lot of plugins

Here is the manual in both German & English. Should be understandable. Anyone who would like to do proof reading? - Do we have a native speaker?
