Cccam 2.3 and problem CSat SD/HD

Have problem if I go to look channels of CSat  astra 19, emu ccam disable and after needed restart of emu, or reboot of receiver.
This happens only to these channels (!)

To a my friend of who having from another server 2 cline, this is not happen.
Why happening to me this ?
