Hello,  I'm pretty much new in this area but I'm looking for cs with guys having channels like

DSTV channels:
TBC1
TV1
Citizen Tv
Ntv
Itv
Channel 5
Channel 10
Channel O

General American and Brittish channels

What equipment would be preferred and is there one general ROM that works for all these?
