QboxHD Softcam Panel modded

just played on QboxHD this weekend. Modified QboxHD Softcam Panel with some small cosmetic changes.

> Large fonts for better view on small size TV
> Different color for any part
> New button Vista-Style
> Smartcard led replaced by 2 card slot
> Pid,Ecm and other info are now more clear (change to "cardlog:1" in radar.cfg!)
> Added CCcam servers monitor (max 4 server)

Cannot take a screenshot, if someone can please post it here.

*** USAGE: ***
> unrar archive and FTP folders into your QBOxHD (overwrite older)


Tested with "Infinity HD" skin and Radar 4.12
