This is the first extended USB / BA image based on the SH4 Duckbox project

The main changes since the Christmas image:

SH4 Duckbox project Git rev182:
- VOB playback improved
- Coil in advice to improve
- Coil is now possible to MP4
- VOB support improved
- MPEG1 / 2 playback improved
- TS playback improvements
- Libeplayer code optimizations for more stability

AAF: (based on flash M1806)
- Now builds very latest state e2 (GIT option 0)
- Media Center updated (originally based on Media Center 0.9.2 by Homey (GER))
- HDD Standby Update (SATA support)
- Kernel Update
- Translation update + missing supplemented Languages
- Startup Disk
- Update Auto Resolution Plug

Known issues:
- Sometimes, after the switch zapping no sound (sound or channel helps)
- After prolonged use it can happen that the sound stutters help switch ()

Thanks to the SH4 Duckbox team for the super base image and all have been tested and will allow that image.
