sky card in spiderbos 9000hd

can anyone help please i have put my sky full package into my spiderbox hd but cannot get movies or sport any ideas on how to configer the box please new to all this thanks

spiderboxes cannot read nds cards you need to insert the boxkey which cannot be done

You can enter the box key if you use the correct patch a025

Use latest patch, back up your channels first, then upgrade the stb (software only) after the reboot do a factory reset and reinstall your channel data. a025
