KabelKiosk expands package

kabelkioskSatellite operator Eutelsat will on January 15 expand the FamilyXL package of its German direct-to-cable platform KabelKiosk by 7 channels to a total of 32.
The additions are MTV Entertainment, C-Music TV, Motors TV, Rush, Yacht & Sail and Hustler TV. At the same time sports channel sportdigital, which has so far been offered as a stand-alone service, will be taken onboard the package. FamilyXL subscribers will automatically gain access to the new channels at no extra charge.
Martina Rutenbeck, managing director of KabelKiosk’s operating company Eutelsat visAvision, welcomed the extension: “With the move, our new FamilyXL package will perfectly meet the increasing demand for a large and diverse line-up of digital thematic channels and will offer our cooperation partners an ideal product for the successful marketing of digital cable television.â€
