New owner for RTL Klub

Infocenter.hu has acquired 100% of IKO Média Holding, a leading (31%) shareholder in the company that operates the leading Hungarian station RTL Klub.
As part of the deal, it has also bought 50% of the shares of IKO Müsorgyártó, Videovox Production Müsorgyártó and IKO Sales House. The acquisitions still have to be approved by the Hungarian Competition Authority.
Infocenter.hu is a media investment enterprise listing the Danish capital investor DEFAP (48%) and Zsolt Nyerges and István Stumpf (52%) as its shareholders.
No financial details about its latest acquisitions have been disclosed.
