Addon to / tmp / copying and manually install via Blue Panel

This is a Completversion.
This now provides as follows:

- Scam (bin)
- Delscript-complete

The Config of emus would be scrapped;
therefore can / need to install it on a new installation, either once or manually create.

This then has the advantage that it is now safe to update without the emus individually existing setting will be overwritten.Scam 3.57 - Complete 2
